Four ways to hire the horsebox. All packages include free drinks for the couple, 2 bar staff, travel within 20 miles of Shrewsbury, and set up / down.

    You supply the beverages; we provide the bar and serve. Bespoke quote.

  2. Cash Bar

    Fully stocked bar — guests pay on the day. £399 + minimum spend.

  3. Pre Paid Bar

    Fully stocked; money behind the bar until it runs out, then guests pay. £399 + minimum spend.

  4. All inclusive

    All drinks paid in advance, fully stocked. From £38/person. Bespoke quotes welcome.

Sip Shuttle Bar began as something personal: a converted RICE horsebox that Aoife Faichney and Jay Allan built for their own wedding. After the big day they remodelled it for hire — keeping the warmth and character, and opening it to couples and hosts who want the same atmosphere.

Based in Shrewsbury SY1, the bar travels to weddings, parties and festivals. Choose a package, shape the menu, add extras, and decide on your setup — from lighting and décor to a gazebo if you need cover.

What events do you cover?
Weddings, parties and festivals. If you have something else in mind, enquire — we will tell you honestly whether Sip Shuttle is a good fit.
Do you provide staff?
Yes. All packages include 2 bar staff. Dry hire still comes with us behind the bar to serve — you supply the drinks.
How do drinks and payment work?
Choose cash bar (guests pay on the day), pre-paid bar (money behind the bar until it runs out, then guests pay), or all-inclusive (drinks paid in advance). Cash or card if required. We also have a set bar list with bespoke additions available.
What extras can we add?
Priced additions include pimp my drink, welcome and toasting drinks, table wine, hot drinks and snacks. Equipment and décor extras include mirror light, customisable décor and back bar, boombox speaker, photo/altar arch, vintage bathtub, and gazebos with waterproof options. Enquire for the full list.
